“Everyone Eats”. A simple mantra lifted by a lot of heart. At the Mustard Seed Cafe there is a healthy portion of community served daily on the menu. This pay-what-you-can cafe offers delicious food made from quality ingredients available to anyone who walks through their doors. Patrons can pay for their meal however they have the means to on any particular day. Whether paying the suggested price, a little more than suggested to pay it forward, or by donating an hour of your time in exchange for a meal…Everyone Eats! Zephyr Works had the pleasure of shooting a Google Business Tour of this quaint cafe this morning. The gardens were overflowing with veggies and herbs, volunteers were prepping tables and the head Chef Roman was working on some Shrimp and Butternut Chowder before the doors opened at 11:00 for lunch. El Paso is so lucky to have a concept like this come to life on St. Vrain Street. The next time you are itching to try something new for lunch in El Paso, remember the Mustard Seed Cafe.
About: Laura Loiselle
I am enthusiastic about understanding who our customer is, how they operate, and what drives their decisions. I value friendships and strong bonds and know that working with people you trust and enjoy can make all the difference in the world. My role changes daily, from working with the creative team to conceive original visuals and graphics, overseeing photo shoots, to being a liaison between our clients and photographers/web developers.
